位於館外開放空間，場地平整寬敞，適合直排輪、滑板與兒童滑步車活動。周圍設有安全護欄與照明設備，提供安全又舒適的滑行環境，適合親子共樂與基礎滑行訓練。

依照中心課程收費

1. 凡使用本設施均應遵守本使用規範。
2. 開放時間依照中心公告為準，場地優先供泰山國民運動中心課程使用。場地濕滑時不開放使用。
3. 本場地開放予民眾使用時請依先後順序排隊進場(僅限滑輪運動使用)。進出場時，請注意場內其他人員，確保安全後再行進出。
4. 入場使用需穿戴安全護具，並依逆時針方向划行。
5. 未經本館許可嚴禁授課、攝錄影、舉辦活動或從事一切影響他人課程、秩序之行為，使用時須適度使用音量以維護場地安全及秩序。本場館辦理各項活動，請依規定報名參加。
6. 禁止特技滑板車、腳踏車、遙控車等任何有安全疑慮器材入場。
7. 請勿攜帶堅硬或尖銳物品等進入場地，並小心配戴眼鏡。
8. 嚴禁攀爬、靠坐、托腮、搖晃場地之欄杆，以策安全。
9. 滑輪運動有潛在的運動傷害及受傷風險，請審慎自我評估並遵守安全措施。
10. 私人物件應妥善保管，若有遺失恕不負責。
11. 若因使用不當造成設施(器材、租借器材)毀損，中心有權要求賠償。
12. 身體不適、患有法定傳染病、心臟病、高血壓等不適宜運動之相關疾病，以及吸菸、喝酒、嚼食檳榔、口香糖者禁止使用本場地，場內僅限白開水、無糖水得以入場。
13. 本中心得因設施使用規劃，暫停場地開放。
14. 中心保留變更此規定之權利，如有未盡事宜，得隨時修正並公告之。
15. 違反規範經勸導無效時，管理人員有權請離場並取消當日使用權。

1. All users of this facility must comply with these rules of use.
2. Opening hours are subject to the Center’s official announcements. The venue is primarily reserved for the classes of the center. The court will be closed when the surface is wet or slippery.
3. Queue for entry when open to the public (roller sports only). Ensure safety before entering or exiting.
4. Safety gear must be worn when entering and using the area, and movement should be in a counter-clockwise direction.
5. Teaching, filming, or events without permission are prohibited. Keep sound at appropriate levels. Register for official events.
6. Stunt scooters, bicycles, RC cars, and unsafe equipment are prohibited.
7. Do not bring sharp or hard objects. Be cautious with eyeglasses.
8. Climbing, sitting, leaning, or shaking the railings is strictly prohibited.
9. Roller sports carry risks. Evaluate your ability and follow safety measures.
10. Personal belongings should be properly kept. The center is not responsible for loss.
11. Users must compensate for damages caused by improper use.
12. Those with unsuitable health conditions, or smoking, drinking, chewing betel nuts, or gum are prohibited. Only plain or sugar-free water is allowed.
13. The center may temporarily close the facility for operational reasons.
14. The center reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
15. Users refusing to comply after warnings may be asked to leave and lose usage rights.
