位於館體周邊，採開放通風設計並設有遮棚，可遮陽避雨。空間寬敞平整，適合舉辦社區活動、團體暖身或休閒伸展，是民眾運動交流與休憩的多功能場地。

1. 凡使用本設施均應遵守本使用規範。
2. 未經本館許可嚴禁授課、攝錄影、舉辦活動或從事一切影響他人課程、秩序之行為，使用時須適度使用音量以維護場地安全及秩序。本場館辦理各項活動，請依規定報名參加。
3. 在本區內不得有下列行為，違者若經勸導仍未改正者，由服務人員請警察機關依法處置：
   • 擅自在牆面、地面、樹木或任何設施塗寫、噴漆、書刻或張貼等破壞損毀行為。
   • 本場所全面禁菸，違反者依菸害防制法處新臺幣2,000元以上1萬元以下罰鍰。
   • 攜帶危險物品或管制藥品。
   • 未隨手清理所攜帶動物之排泄物。
   • 喧鬧或製造噪音，致妨害公共安寧。
   • 酗酒或鬥毆滋事，妨害公共秩序。
   • 有妨害風化或賭博之行為。
   • 未經許可即進行問卷、推銷、銷售或其他營利行為。
   • 張貼、懸掛海報、旗幟、標語、發放廣告或傳單。
   • 放風箏、遙控玩具、飛盤、球類等影響公共安全之行為。
   • 隨地丟棄垃圾、菸蒂或其他廢棄物。
   • 隨地便溺、吐痰、吐檳榔汁或其他不雅行為。
   • 毀損花卉、樹木、草坪或園區設施。
4. 本規定如有未盡事宜，得隨時修正並公告之。

1. All users of this facility must comply with these rules of use.
2. Teaching, filming, or events without permission are prohibited. Keep sound at appropriate levels. Register for official events.
3. The following acts are prohibited; violators may be reported to the police:
   • Graffiti, painting, carving, or posting on walls, ground, trees, or facilities.
   • Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violators are fined NT$2,000–10,000 under the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act.
   • Carrying dangerous items or controlled drugs.
   • Failing to clean up pet waste.
   • Making loud noise disturbing public peace.
   • Drunkenness or fighting disrupting order.
   • Acts against decency or gambling.
   • Unauthorized surveys, sales, or profit-seeking activities.
   • Posting or distributing advertisements, banners, flyers without permission.
   • Flying kites, RC toys, frisbees, or ball games endangering safety.
   • Littering or discarding waste.
   • Urinating, spitting, betel nut juice, or indecent acts.
   • Damaging flowers, trees, lawns, or park facilities.
4. The center reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
